Complaints

There may be occasions where someone may feel dissatisfied with the quality of our product/s or of our customer service. You may raise a complaint by addressing an email to our Customer.

 

Service at info@ntecltd.com. Your complaint will be escalated to management and we endeavour to handle it within 48 hours of receipt. Should you not be satisfied with the way your complaint was resolved or handled you may escalate directly to the MGA by sending them an E-mail on support.mga@mga.org.mt.

It is important that only complaints of a serious nature are escalated to the Authority.
